DC Sports Headers / Exhaust
Manifolds are effective in increasing horsepower engine output by
increasing airflow after it has been combusted inside the engine.
Similar to the air intake system, DC Sports header / exhaust
manifold system allow higher air flow rate due to increased runner
and piping size as well as decreased air flow restrictions on the
bends. Mate this with a full exhaust system to maximize horsepower
potential.

This is the header that put
DC Sports in the map. Constructed from ceramic coated
mandrel bent mild steel the DC Sport header is the
standard by which all headers are judged. The two
piece headers is designed for ease of installation with a
factory like fit. CNC machined flanges ensure a
perfect fit every time.

The stainless steel header
has all the same design feature as the mild steel ceramic
coated header except we use polished T-304 stainless
steel. Our stainless steel header is designed to stand
up to the harshest conditions you can subject it to and
provide you with the most power from any street legal header
on the market.

DC Sport - 4-1 Race System (For Race Only)
Designed after our race wining exhaust systems used on our
SCCA World Challenge Acura Integra Type R race cars.
The 4-1 race system's main function is to increase
power. Tuned to make excellent top and end power by
using a 4-1 header section and mid-length muffler
section. The 4-1 Race System features large diameter
equal length primaries and a straight through race
muffler. The race system is available in Ceramic
Coated Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and ultra lightweight
Titanium. All three systems feature a repackable
aluminum muffler. For race use only. |
