How to Order?

• Instructions
  Navigated this site by using the left side icons.   Under the products page, items are separated by category.  Use the "add" button to your shipping cart.   You can make changes on your added items that is in your shopping cart.  When you're ready, go to checkout by clicking the "checkout" icon located in the bottom of the view cart page.  
  
• Online Ordering
  Follow the above instructions and procedure to our checkout form.  In the secure checkout form please select method of payment and submitting it via our secure server by clicking the "submit" button.
  
• Ordering by FAX
  Follow the above instructions and proceed to our checkout form.  Simply filled out the form, print it and fax it to us at 626.452.9225 

• Ordering by PayPal/Money Order/Mail
  Simply add the item(s) into the shopping cart and process to the checkout page.  Fill out the form and select "Paypal" as a form of payment.  Review order and press submit.  A order number will be generated as well as final price with S&H.  Sent money to the paypal account "" along with the order number.  If it is via money order/mail, please mail it to: 10166 Olney St, El Monte, CA 91731.  We will process the order as soon as the payment received. 

• Order By Phone
  We do not discourage phone orders, yet we highly recommend our customer to place the order on-line or via fax in order to keep our cost low, so that, we would be able to extend the biggest discounts to our customers. • Order Status/Confirmation

  -Awaiting Payment: Order is been/waiting to be processing.
  -Payment Received: Order is waiting to ship.
  -Order Shipped:  Order has been shipped.  Delivery Confirmation Number/Tracking Number will be provided.
   
• International Order

  Note:  We usually ship our order shortly unless your ordered item is backorder. Backorders will not be charged to your credit card until the order is ready to be shipped.

• We ship all orders via UPS & USPS within the Continental USA, unless special circumstances require us to ship using other carriers.

• Sales tax is applicable to California residents only at the current rate of 8.25%.
  
• Domestic Shipping & Handling Cost: Calculation of ground rate is following: $ 6.95 will be a minimum charge for anything that is under 2 LB, please see this page for detail.
  
• For customers outside of US continent, Please select International Mail, if there is excess shipping fee, we will update the fee in the order status page and await for advise.
  
• If receiver fails to received the package the first time, we are not responsible for any extra shipping cost to re-ship the package.

 

Return Policy

• Returns 
  We're committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
  • Are in their original packaging
  • Have original manufacturer information
  • Are not used, installed, or disassembled
  • Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
  • Are not custom made or special orders

  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Returns Goods Authorization (R.G.A.) number must accompany all Autodynamic.com returns. To request your R.G.A. #, please write to us at   Please also include the 1.) order number and 2.) reason for return (credit or replacement).
  
  Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued.  All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The original Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.  Sorry C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
  
  Items incorrectly shipped to autodynamic.com will not be returned. Items not purchased from autodynamic.com will not be accepted.
  
  Replacement:  You MUST return the item(s) to autodynamic.com first before replacement part(s) will be sent.  TIPS: DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR ORIGINAL PART(S)!
  
  All returns on DC Sports, JAOS and AEM, H&R, PIAA, Apex'i, Buddy Club, Tein, Eibach, Tokico, Injen, Wheels, OE replacement lamps, OE side mirror, OE radiators  and special order products are subject to a 20% restocking charge. All other returns may be subject to 20% re-stocking charge at our discretion.

• Shipping Damage               

If your product has been damaged in shipment, please contact us within 48 hours for shipping damage processing. We'll then contact you via email with further instructions on filing the claim.
